About these terms

These terms cover your use of this website (projectaub.com) and of our Early Access programme. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

This website is run by Project Aub, a partnership of its two founders, Ellis Madden and Sam Kendal. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Project Aub.

What this website is

This is an information site about Aub — a wellbeing app in development — and a way to join our Early Access list. The Aub app itself is separate and not yet available, so nothing on this site is the app, or a substitute for it.

Aub is not a therapist, a doctor, or a crisis service, and this website is not either. If you are struggling or in crisis, please use the support resources listed at the bottom of this page.

Early Access

Joining Early Access means giving us your email address so we can send you updates and invite you to try Aub when it’s ready. It is free while Aub is in development.

We can’t promise a specific launch date, guaranteed access, or that features won’t change as we build. We may pause, change, or end the Early Access programme at any time. You can unsubscribe whenever you like — there’s a link in every email we send.

Using the site properly

Please don’t:

• try to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
• use the site unlawfully, or for anything harmful;
• submit someone else’s email address without their permission.

Our content and brand

The content, design, and the “Aub” name and wordmark on this site belong to Project Aub. You’re welcome to view the site and share links to it, but please don’t copy, reproduce, or reuse our content or branding without our permission.

No guarantees

We provide this website “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and the information on it may change as Aub develops.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can’t be limited by law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud). Beyond that, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from your use of this website.

How we handle your email address and other information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the change here and update the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Law and where disputes are handled

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
